U14s and U18s in South Munster 'A' Final - This Saturday Bandon U14s and U18s play in the South Munster 'A' Cup final this weekend in Musgrave Park. The U14s play Sunday's Well at 6pm while the U18s play the All Ireland champions Highfield at 7.30. This is a tremendous acheivement for the youths section and a junior club. Hopefully many of the players involved will go on to represent the senior side. You support on the day is very welcome. "My favourite Irish rugby player is Peter Stringer because of the pace he brings to the game with the speed of his pass. My favourite World rugby player is Joost Van Der Westhuizen because he was a fantastic player who in my opinion had the perfect rugby brain." How much water do you drink before matches and why? "1 to 2 hours before a match i try to drink up to a litre of water, it is important to not to drink it all at once because this will flush out nutrients."
